Oral presentations (SSM & SSHH)
Some of the submitted abstracts have been selected for an oral presentations.
Presentation times
SSM: 15 minutes (10 min. + 5 min. for discussion) or 20 minutes (15 min. + 5 min. for discussion)*
SSHH: 10 minutes (incl. time for discussion)

Language: Official congress language is English

**SSHH Session Innovation: last slide should be entitled: What's new and contain the information of innovation in the project.
Poster Exhibition
During the meeting your Poster will be available for viewing in the Poster exhibition at the congress venue.
Format of Posters
Format A0 portrait: 84.1 cm x 118.9 cm (width x height)
Poster mounting: Wednesday, 28.08.2024, 09:00
Poster boards and material/poster stripes to hang up your poster will be at your disposal

- SSI: Friday, 30.08.2024, 11:30-12:15 (Aare Foyer)
The authors are asked to be present at their posters during the time of the Poster viewing.
Poster flash presentations
In addition to the Poster exhibition some Posters of SSI + SSHH have been selected for a short oral presentation during the poster flash sessions.
Presentation times
Each presentation is scheduled for 5 minutes (4 min. + 1 min. for discussion), max 3 slides.

SSHH: English, German or French

Technical information
The lecture halls are equipped with laptop and beamer. Presentations must be saved on a USB memory stick and handed in at the AV-Check at least one hour before the start of the session. PowerPoint presentation should be prepared in a ratio of 16:9.
Publication of abstracts
Abstracts will be made available as PDF on the congress website.
Further important information
Please note that at least one author must be present at the meeting. The presenter is not automatically registered for the congress. Hence, don't forget to register online via the congress website for your participation in the congress. Please note that reduced early bird fees are available until August 18, 2024.
